This mini webinar series focuses on a toolkit developed as part of a project that sought to internationalize teacher education. The toolkit is designed to help teachers bring a global perspective into their classrooms. In the first webinar of this series, presenters will share a tool that teachers and teacher educators can use to assess their readiness to include global ideas in their lessons and activities. The tool provides guidance for planning experiences aligned with that readiness level, supporting educators’ efforts to introduce students to different cultures and create opportunities to explore the world in meaningful ways. Participants will also learn about Local International Education (Glocal) Experiences and Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) Experiences.
