Lockdowns are keeping countries from learning from each other just when communicating experiences is needed most. Many countries are struggling to keep essential internet, power, water, and sanitation services functioning. There are no best practices for never-experienced circumstances, so in March the Public Utility Research Center launched Next Practices Live!, a series of online events where managers and government officials share experiences and discuss what they will try next.
