Michael Kung

Dr. Kung is the Director for the Office for Global Research Engagement and an Assistant Scholar, having joined the International Center in February 2023. A triple alumnus of the University of Florida, he previously served as Director of Global Education and Program Director for the Sustainable Design Master's program at UF's College of Design, Construction and Planning. His research spans international education, cultural studies, educational technology, and sustainability, enriched by extensive experience in Asia, Europe, and the MENA region. Dr.

Danielle Arnwine

Danielle Arnwine is the Peace Corps Strategic Campus Recruiter. She engages with the Gainesville community to promote Peace Corps opportunities and its events on campus. Danielle is a resource for those interested in applying to help them create competitive application packages. In her role, Danielle can discuss and help identify what programs might be right for applicants and where volunteers are needed the most.

Claire Anumba

Claire Anumba began working with the International Center’s Office for Global Research Engagement (OGRE)as a Special Projects Coordinator in October 2016. Claire works on coordinating research efforts and projects within UFIC as well as developing a database to map UFIC’s Internationalization efforts and activities. Claire has lived and worked in Sierra Leone and the UK in different capacities. She holds a Doctorate in Engineering from Loughborough University in the UK, and worked with the University Office of Global Programs at Penn State prior to joining UFIC.
