During this past summer, First Generation Gators saw the world through a different lens while participating in Study Abroad programs. On September 18, 2018, the University of Florida International Center hosted a virtual exchange faculty showcase. This event was organized by the UF Collaborative International Teaching Network (CITN) with the sponsorship of the Creative Campus and Learning without Borders initiatives.

The event featured nine faculty presenters who shared their experiences connecting their students with faculty and students from around the world through online collaboration. Over sixty faculty and staff members from multiple units across UF attended this exchange of ideas.
