The Indian Dance & Entrepreneurship in the Diaspora event highlighting Indian dance and culture in the U.S. was a great success! Along with holding master classes for students in the School of Theatre + Dance, they welcome 80 participants to a public seminar featuring the national guest artists and local Indian dancers.

WUFT recorded the day's events along with oral history interviews with the artists on their experiences as immigrants and entrepreneurs which will become a video documentary. A virtual screening is expected towards the end of the Spring semester. For more information please contact Marie Kessler.

The U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) has recognized 170 higher education institutions from across the United States with the highest number of candidates selected for the Fulbright U.S. Student and Scholar Programs in the 2023-2024 academic year.

The University of Florida ranks second on a list of U.S. colleges and universities that produced the largest number of 2023-2024 Fulbright U.S. Scholars, up from fourth last year and seventh just two years ago.

The International Center is pleased to announce the Inaugural Virtual Exchange / COIL for Administrative UF Staff in Collaboration with CEU in Valencia, Spain!
